Tenant placement services include: advertising of the property, full credit and reference checking of tenant prospects, advice on the staging and the arrangement of the showings of the property, negotiation of agreements and leases, collection of the deposits and post dated rent cheques and the filing of the form K if applicable.

Full property management services include all of the services outlined in the tenant placement service above and, in addition: full property inspections at the commencement of tenancy, at regular intervals during the tenancy and at the end of the tenancy, financial reporting, remittance of the non-resident taxes to the CCRA if applicable, 24 hour emergency on call service, obtaining quotations and the arrangement of regular scheduled maintenance and repairs.

Additional project management for larger capital repairs and upgrades is also available should your property require it.
